MEL: measuring socio-economic benefits and value for money
Measuring the socio-economic benefits (SEB) and value for money (VfM) of improved weather and climate services delivered through WISER.
This is in order to: 1. demonstrate the impact of WISER; 2. share how to conduct monitoring and evaluation; and 3. share how to maximise SEB and VfM within weather and climate programmes.
View this poster to find out how we use a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework within the WISER and other programmes to help improve performance through better management of outputs, outcomes and impact.
