DataPoint support group
The DataPoint group enables users to share ideas, ask questions or provide feedback to inform future improvements
We have created a Google group called Met Office DataPoint that all registered users are invited to join.
This group has been set up by The Met Office as a forum for support from the user community, a place to share ideas or ask questions. The Met Office will also be using the forum to seek feedback from the users of DataPoint to help inform future developments.
Users registered for DataPoint can request to be added to the group at any time, however we will also invite all new registered users each month.
The forum is not actively moderated by the Met Office. If you have any technical issues with DataPoint, please complete the website technical fault form.
