Mainly dry with some bright or sunny spells, a few showers mainly in the west. Feeling colder. Fresh westerly winds. Maximum temperature 8 °C.
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:
Staying cold with sunny spells and blustery showers, perhaps more frequent and heavier on Monday. Showers wintry on hills at first, possibly to lower levels from Monday.

This could lead to some disruptive weather at times, especially at the start of this period. Briefly milder conditions may accompany these in the south. There is a hint that it may become less cold late in the period, but still likely remain mostly unsettled with further spells of rain and snow.
