Description:
The Met Office is looking for a consultant(s) with GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion) expertise to support the WISER programme in Southern and East Africa. The consultant will develop a programme-level GESI plan, review partner GESI context analyses, identify priorities for strengthening GESI, and promote peer learning. The goal is to ensure WISER partners understand and respond to GESI issues, support sustainable GESI mainstreaming, and identify long-term GESI support needs.
