HadISST versions

The latest version, HadISST.2.2.0.0, has a few improvements compared to the version described in Titchner and Rayner (2014) (HadISST.2.1.0.0). These are described in brief below:

New summer (April to October) Northern Hemisphere NIC (National Ice Center) chart adjustments (Jan 1972 to Oct 1978), resulting in larger extents for this period (the previous adjustments were found to under adjust).
A new (smoother) time series of extents for the Southern Hemisphere prior to 1973 (this period is based on monthly Atlas climatologies).
Small bug fixes for both the OSISAF passive microwave data (Nov 1978 onwards) and the Walsh and Chapman Compilation data (1850-1971, in the Northern Hemisphere only). These have had a very small effect on the extents.
