Staying dry through the early hours with clear skies at first, though perhaps somewhat cloudier later. A bright start to the morning with some hazy sunshine first thing, but cloud quickly thickening through the morning and outbreaks of rain and drizzle likely arriving around noon. Increasingly wet and windy during the afternoon with the heaviest and most persistent rain and drizzle in the south. Gales are possible over the highest summits. Perhaps turning drier by midnight.

Becoming generally poor or very poor on the higher slopes in the cloud with misty or foggy conditions developing.

The Bannau Brycheiniog / Brecon Beacons is a mountain range in South Wales comprising six main peaks, with the highest peak, Pen y Fan, standing at 886 metres.
