     At 211200 UTC, low 59 north 30 west 981 expected 59 north 31 west 982 by 221200 UTC. New low expected 60 north 16 west 978 by same time. Winds will reach storm force 10 in the north of West Northern Section and the south of Denmark Strait throughout. Winds May reach storm force 10 in Bailey and the east of East Northern Section from 221000 UTC.
